After countless hours of communication and traveling she never quit trying to help me. With my specific tastes and changing my mind a few times, she never gave up on me. Even when I decided to take a break from looking at future homes with the frustrations of bids not being accepted and competition out there; Heater still sent me some listings to ensure I did not give up. Her calm demeanor was helpful during this process. I have already sent her name to some people looking to buy and sell soon. We both sold our house and bought a new one with Heather. She is a consummate professional who worked exceptionally well with everyone involved. We had never sold a home before but the entire process was as easy as it could have been. She gave us great advice on what to improve, how to stage the house, and how to price it. We ended up with an offer within four days of listing for FAR more than we had initially thought we would get, and that offer closed within 45 days. On the buying side, we had a challenging seller with whom Heather worked like she was born to it. There were trials and tribulations, but we ended up in a house that I still cannot believe I live in.I think the best way to sum it up is that we never want to move again, thanks to Heather, but if we did, we wouldn't do it without her.

Heather did an awesome job for us with everything! Basically any house we wanted to look at she was on the ball and had us touring it the next day most of the time! We looked at quite a few houses and she was so patient and honest with every house as well, which is awesome cause she really looks out for her clients. I would highly recommend Heather.
